Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a sensational, ground breaking technique that can achieve extraordinary, permanent change. Unlike many hypnotherapies RTT does not rely solely on positive reinforcement. Its a new therapeutic approach, a combination of psychology, hypnotherapy, NLP, cognitive behavioral therapy, inner child work and guided visualization that rewires your brain, and frees you from emotional and physical pain, limiting beliefs and unwanted behaviors.

RTT session takes up to 2 hours which you will leave with a personalised self-hypnosis recording, made in the session, which you will be able to download to your mobile phone. It is crucial that you listen to the recording for between 21 and 28 days, during which time I will stay in contact with you via text.

For many people, only one session is required, however when people have multiple issues three sessions are recommended.

Lots of people worry about being in hypnotic trance and being out of control, but hypnotherapy is not like anything you’ve seen on stage shows. I can reassure you that you will always be in control and will stay awake throughout your session, sharing with me what you’re seeing, feeling and experiencing. A light trance or hypnotic state will likely feel no different from relaxation. Many people don’t even realize they are in hypnosis until they come out of it.

Rapid Transformational Therapy is helpful for both adults and children. Children can be as little as 5 years old and must be accompanied by one of their parents. Children are very suggestible and results happen swiftly due to their wonderful imagination and “open” mind. Most children enjoy hypnotherapy as they can use their imagination to see themselves the way they would like to be and/or pretend to be different characters.
